Service scope
TravelNestHub is a collaborative trip-planning workspace. We help you draft itineraries, organize City Pulse research, invite travel companions, and hand off to booking partners—you complete purchases on partner sites.
We are not a travel agency, carrier, insurer, or accommodation provider. Availability, pricing, and fulfillment for flights, stays, activities, and insurance are determined solely by the partners you choose.
AI-assisted drafts
Draft itineraries, Copilot suggestions, and City Pulse summaries may be generated with AI assistance. Outputs are starting points—you are responsible for verifying dates, locations, visa rules, and safety information before you travel.
AI features can make mistakes or reflect incomplete data. Do not rely on generated content as professional travel, legal, or medical advice.
Billing & plans
Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Studio, Trip Pass) are sold through Stripe. Subscription entitlements apply account-wide unless a Trip Pass elevates a single trip. Plan details and current pricing are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
Manage payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation from billing settings (/pricing) or the Stripe customer portal linked there.
One subscription per account: If you already have an active Plus, Pro, or Studio subscription, changing plans updates that same Stripe subscription. We do not open a second Checkout for another subscription on the same account. Trip Pass remains a separate one-time purchase and may be bought alongside a subscription.
Upgrades (for example Plus → Pro, or monthly → annual on the same tier) take effect immediately. Stripe calculates a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period (crediting unused time on the previous price where applicable) and invoices that difference right away.
Downgrades (for example Pro → Plus, Studio → a lower plan, or annual → monthly on the same tier) are scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You keep your current plan benefits until that date. We do not issue a mid-cycle partial refund for unused days of a higher-priced period when you schedule a downgrade.
Cancellation: when you cancel, paid features remain until the end of the current billing period; then the account returns to Explorer. Studio trial: a 7-day trial may apply where offered — cancel before day 7 to avoid charge. Trip Pass is a one-time purchase bound to one trip unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds & cancellation
Standard cancellation: when you cancel a subscription, paid features remain until the end of the current billing period; we do not grant partial refunds for unused days in that period.
Upgrades & downgrades: Proration invoices charged on an upgrade are part of the subscription price change and are not separately refundable as “unused days.” A scheduled downgrade does not create a mid-cycle credit or refund for the remainder of a higher-priced period — you retain the higher plan until period end, then the lower price applies.
Unused purchase window: within 48 hours of first payment, you may request a full refund if you have zero qualifying consumption and your account is still marked refund_eligible. Qualifying consumption includes:
Trip Pass: non-refundable after a branded PDF is generated or 24 hours after purchase, whichever occurs first.
Chargebacks, payment fraud, or abuse may lead to immediate restriction of paid features and account review per this policy and our Privacy Policy.
EU consumers — digital delivery & withdrawal: If you purchase a digital subscription or Trip Pass, you may opt in at checkout for immediate access. By doing so, you request that performance begins before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. The full wording is shown at checkout; this section explains refund rules if you stay within the cooling-off window without opting into immediate delivery.
