How it works

Pin a place. Give it a day. Everyone sees the same plan.

Tab clutter, the wrong pin, a split map, a group thread — each has a move on the canvas.

Grant editor or viewer permissions instantly. Keep discussions tied to specific stops, days, or plans so decisions happen directly on the canvas alongside the real data.

City Pulse

Wander first. Promote what fits.

City Pulse is optional mood—not the itinerary. Drop a pocket onto the map only when it earns a day.

  • A retreat that understood silence

I used to burn weekends in spreadsheets. The creation flow actually captured pace and “quiet between stops,” then the workspace let me drag days until Kyoto felt like breathing room—not a density chart. The map and timeline finally agreed with each other.

  • A concierge lounge for our ideas

Six of us, three time zones—we used to drown in threads. Here everyone lands on the same trip: invites with roles, comments on actual stops, votes when we disagree, and change requests the owner can approve so nothing forks in email. One map, one truth.

Clarity first

Questions before you open the map.

Is TravelNestHub a booking site or OTA?

No. TravelNestHub is a Spatial Trip Workspace for planning — shared map, timeline, collaboration, and export. You book stays and tickets with partners you choose; we keep the plan clear so those bookings fit the days you actually travel.

What is a shared map and timeline?

One canvas where places live as map pins and days live in order. Co-planners see the same route and pacing, so the itinerary does not fragment across chats, Docs, and Maps lists. When someone moves a stop, the map and day strip update together.

Can I plan without signing in?

Yes. Start a guest workspace on one itinerary without an account—name a destination and begin composing on the map. City Pulse is optional inspiration alongside planning. Sign in to save trips across devices, invite collaborators, and unlock higher limits.

Do the map and day strip stay in sync when I edit?

Yes. Replacing, inserting, or reordering stops updates both the map and the day drawer. Route legs refresh so distance and sequence stay honest as you refine—so every co-planner reads the same spatial plan.
