Itinerary planning is the heart of TravelNestHub. Each day has a location thread, stops, and route legs that stay linked to the map. Drag days, reorder stops, and the timeline and map update together so you always see pace and geography in one view.
Yes. Start a guest workspace on one itinerary without an account—name a destination and begin composing on the map. City Pulse is optional inspiration alongside planning. Sign in to save trips across devices, invite collaborators, and unlock higher limits. Creating an account preserves work from your guest session when you continue.
The trip workspace is where your itinerary lives—map, days, routes, and notes aligned on one canvas. City Pulse is secondary: curiosity without commitment—browse a destination, tune taste, and collect places when you want inspiration. You can plan without Pulse; many travelers open Pulse only when they feel like wandering.
If you have collected places in City Pulse, you can fold them into itinerary planning when you are ready. Saved spots can inform your first draft—you still refine days, routes, and notes on the map-first workspace, which remains the primary home of your trip.
Yes. Replacing, inserting, or reordering stops updates both the map and the day drawer. Route legs refresh so distance and sequence stay honest as you refine.
Yes—limits depend on your plan. Explorer includes one active trip with caps on days and cities; Plus and Trip Pass raise those ceilings for longer or multi-city journeys. See Plans for current numbers before you upgrade.
You can export preview layouts and interactive links from the benefit canvas on marketing surfaces, and share trip views with collaborators inside the workspace. Exports are designed for clarity—not a buried PDF appendix.
AI assists the first draft—destination, pace, and party—then you refine on the canvas. We treat AI as a starting point you edit, not an opaque black box that owns your trip.
Trip Pass and subscriptions unlock departure editions, print PDFs, calendar sync (.ics), and other exports without Explorer watermarks. A slim offline copy of your trip can cache locally for spotty connectivity—live maps and place data need network and sync when you are back online.
No. Sign-up is free and Explorer includes core planning. Paid tiers add higher limits, collaboration depth, and billing convenience when your trips grow.
Explorer covers solo and small-trip planning with generous limits for getting started. Plus is built for active travelers who want more headroom—collections, collaboration, and monthly or yearly billing in EUR.
Trip Pass is a one-time purchase tied to a single itinerary—ideal when you want full capability for one journey without a recurring plan. Subscriptions suit travelers who orchestrate multiple trips across the year.
Yes. Signed-in subscribers manage plans and invoices from Plans. Upgrades apply right away; other plan changes take effect at period end so you keep your benefits until then. Canceling keeps access until period end. A full refund under the Terms ends paid access when the refund completes.
Paid plans bill in EUR. Pricing is shown before checkout so you know the total before you commit.
Both elevate a single itinerary. Trip Pass Plus adds collaboration and export for a typical journey; Trip Pass Pro adds more days and cities plus unlimited editors on that one trip—ideal for a large group adventure without a year-round subscription.
Your existing trips remain in your account—you do not lose them. You return to Explorer limits for new trips, collaboration depth, and exports. Resubscribe or add a Trip Pass anytime to unlock capability again.
Trip owners send secure invite links with editor or viewer roles. Everyone lands on the same itinerary—one map, one timeline—instead of forked screenshots in chat.
Editors can propose changes on stops, comment, and vote. Viewers can read the live plan without reshaping it. Owners approve change requests so the canonical trip stays clear.
When a collaborator suggests a meaningful edit, it becomes a change request the owner can approve or decline. Context stays on the stop card—not lost in email threads.
Yes. Invite links require a secure sign-in so we can assign editor or viewer roles and track change requests. Viewers read the live plan; editors propose changes the owner approves.
Trip owners manage members from the trip members panel—revoke access or cancel pending invites there. Removed collaborators lose workspace access immediately; approved changes they made stay in the itinerary.
Rankings favor vibe alignment over commissions. We disclose commercial relationships openly—read our affiliate disclosure beside itinerary suggestions and City Pulse.
Your itineraries and account data are handled under our privacy policy. You control sharing through invites and export actions—we do not sell your trip content as a data product.
Go to Profile and request account erasure. You confirm with a safety phrase; we process requests under our privacy policy. Deleting an account you own affects collaborators on shared trips—export or align with your group first.
Trip and account data are hosted to deliver the service under our privacy policy, with processing designed for GDPR expectations. We do not sell itinerary content as a data product—read Privacy for retention, cookies, and third-party providers such as maps.
